Validate your pages according to various workflows

Do you want to validate some pages with a complex three step workflow while allowing modifications on other pages to go directly live? Do you plan to validate the 'latest news' entries on your homepage with a different workflow than the one applied to your page banner? Jahia natively handles different types of workflows on up to a per-object basis.

DublinCore Metadata Support

Jahia is, by default, delivered with a set of expandable metadata based on the DublinCore standard. Every content modification or validation is then automatically stored and indexed in the Jahia CMS.

Jahia also support a powerful categorization system. You can categorize your content according to different axis. Permissions can be setup on every node of your category tree.

Do you want to copy text to another web page or to duplicate a section of your site? No problem. Just copy your text or your section in the Jahia clipboard and paste it on another webpage.

Do you want to make a dynamic copy of some of your content on another Jahia web site (for example your news or press releases)? Just use the linked copies module. All your content will be then copied to the other web site but will stay dynamically linked to display modifications done on the source.

Jahia 5.0 supports a new import/export facility based on the recent JSR-170 semantic. You can now easily export complex Jahia content structures, a sub-section or even a whole Jahia site into standard XML. The exported XML can be stored, processed or re-imported anywhere else on your local site or even on a distant Jahia server.
