Similar to any open source program, the Jahia software is delivered on an "as-is" basis.

Jahia Solutions Group provides technical support on the Jahia Server on a commercial basis. The Jahia Technical Support is provided to you by some of the key architects and developers working on a daily basis on the program. On a case by case basis, we also support customers implementation on site or through specific support contract agreement. Do not hesitate to contact us to ask for some custom agreements.

  • Jahia Research and Development Lab  
    Jahia Solutions currently acts as the software editor on the Jahia project (see http://www.jahia.net for the community website). Jahia Solutions gives an access to the key developers of the Jahia technology and acts as a shared research and development lab avoiding uncompatible Jahia versions. We work conjointly with several Jahia customers and other Jahia partners to extend the Jahia Unified Web Platform from now to the next releases.
